Planned Parenthood of Bucks County provides quality, affordable healthcare
in five locations. Our medical offices are staffed by dedicated and
compassionate nurse practitioners, physicians, and health care assistants
trained in reproductive and sexual health care. We specialize in personalized
education and care.
OUR SERVICES INCLUDE:
Gynecological Exams
Pelvic exams, Pap tests, breast exams and mammography referrals, colposcopy, cryosurgery and LEEP (follow-up for abnormal Pap
test results)
Birth Control and Safer Sex
Birth control methods and supplies for safer sex
Emergency Contraception Services
EC prevents pregnancy when taken within 120 hours of unprotected sex. (Sometimes called the Morning After Pill)
Sexually Transmitted Infection Testing and Treatment
Confidential HIV testing and counseling at all centers for women, men and youth.
- HIV Rapid Testing available at the Warminster and Quakertown medical
offices (by appointment)
- Testing and treatment for other STIs including Chlamydia, Gonorrhea, Syphilis, Herpes, and Genital Warts
Pregnancy Testing and Pregnancy Counseling
Pregnancy tests and counseling regarding pre-natal care, adoption, and abortion
Advice and Treatment Concerning Menopause
Education and medical care for women in menopause or peri-menopause, including hormone replacement and alternative therapies
Services for Men
Health exams, STI testing and treatment, testicular cancer screening
Abortion Services
First trimester surgical and medical abortion services are provided in the Warminster office.
Tobacco Cessation
Counseling, education and prescriptions to become tobacco free.
